Long before becoming owners, Jake had dreamed of one day owning the business—an ambition he first set when he was just 18 years old. That vision has now become a reality as the couple leads the next chapter of the company.

Jake brings extensive hands-on experience in the construction and restoration industries. He holds a builder’s license and is also the owner of High Performance Restoration, where he has spent years working in fire and water damage restoration. His background has given him deep knowledge of home structure, repair, and renovation, making him well-equipped to help customers with a wide range of home improvement projects.

Cassie comes from the healthcare industry, where she developed strong skills in customer care, organization, and problem-solving. Her passion for helping people and attention to detail complement Jake’s construction expertise, creating a balanced approach to serving their customers.

Jake and Cassie live in the local community and are raising their two children there. As a family rooted in the area, they are committed to serving their neighbors and helping homeowners bring their visions to life.

Together, they bring fresh ideas and an innovative perspective to O’Connor’s Carpet One.
